COMMISSIONS TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS)

☆ Not following my TOS will result on being added to a blacklist, no matter what.
By buying one of my commissions, you're agreeing to my TOS:

  • Customer is allowed to ask for small changes when I show them the progress. A small amount of changes are allowed after the commision is done. I won't do more changes if the customer keeps asking for them all the time.

  • I'll show the customer how the commision is looking after I finish the sketch, when I finish lining and after coloring. Customer can ask to see more commision updates whenever they want to!

  • TURN AROUND TIME IS ABOUT 3 MONTHS MAX! I usually get them done in less than 3 weeks tho. If I haven't started them or I take more than 3 months, costumer can ask for a refund. If I started the sketch, i'll only accept partial refunds.

  • IN CASE YOU WANT YOUR COMMISION GET DONE ASAP, I'LL CHARGE AND EXTRA FEE DEPENDING ON WHEN THE DEADLINE OF THE COMMISSION IS!

  • If you want to use the commision for commercial use or to profit out of it, you'll have to pay for it and we'll discuss the pricing.

  • Customer should not do big changes to the commision. I can give out a transparent background version that can be used for non-profit activities. However, editing it with AI or removing my watermark is EXTRICTLY forbbiden

  • I DO NOT DRAW NSFW, GORE, +18 CONTENT OVERALL, and of course, nothing related to p3d0philia, z00philia and other kind of harming content. I do draw suggestive art tho, but never nudity or anything kink related.

  • I can reject a commision if it doesn't respect my boundaries/TOS or if i'm not really comfortable for some reason. Moreover, I can refund the money if I can't finish the commision or can't do it for some other reason. This will unlikely happen, but beware it can!

  • Payment is due in full upfront

  • I can do payment plans for REALLY expensive commisions. (+200€)

  • Payment is made through KOFI or PAYPAL.

DESIGNS OR ADOPTS TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS)

By buying one of my adopts, you're agreeing to my TOS:

  • Changes are allowed (gender, species, body type, height, slight colour changes, etc)

  • Re-selling is allowed as long as it's not for more than the price you paid for the adopt (and ofc, not allowed on free adopts). You can only sell them for a more expensive price if the design comes with extra artwork (which should be included in the sale)

  • Giving them out for free after you bought them is allowed, as long as you credit me as the designer

  • Even if you've edited the original design, you MUST credit me as the designer

  • You cannot make your adopt "siblings, twins" or family members as an excuse to do a similar design, let alone selling an alt version of my design with slight changes.

  • You can't sell designs that we given to you as a gift. Only trade them or regift them

  • Do not HEAVILY get inspired of my designs (specially if you're gonna sell those designs). You can get slightly inspired tho!

  • Trading my designs is allowed

  • You may not add additional rules when it comes to reselling my designs. It must follow the same rules you followed when purchasing the design.

  • Do not bid or offer if you're not gonna buy the design or can't afford it. Same goes with mixed offers (ocs + money, trades + ocs, etc). If you commit to something, you MUST do it. If not, you will be ADDED TO A BLACKLIST

ESTIMATED PRICES

Prices can depend on many things: if it's shaded, a headshot animation, a frame by frame animation, etc. You'll have to ask for the price of an specific example. However, I can provide some examples so you can calculate your budget.

  • TWEENED GIFS: from 15€ to 30€

  • SIMPLE FBF GIFS (only eyes, tail or ears moving): from 20€ to 40€

  • FULL FRAME BY FRAME LOOPED GIFS (everything is animated): from 30€ to 50€ (shading will add 10€)

ANIMATION MEME PRICES
